About MC Devices
MC Devices Co., Ltd. was established in Shenzhen in November 2022 by founder Yuan Yuan (Jack) who led a team of Chinese chip designers that had studied and worked in the USA and Canada. The company focuses on the design of digital-analog hybrid chip modules for consumer electronics products and the application of chip modules in baby safety products. Its own brand TimeFlys is a fledgling international brand of baby safety products for families.

MCD owns the core technology of IC chip design, and its product structure and processing technology are in the leading position in China. With its overall solution capability and stable product quality, it has developed into a leading enterprise in baby monitors and phase-locked loop ICs, maintains a leading domestic and international market position. After years of development, MCD has reached a strategic partnership with many well-known brand customers, including many Fortune 500 and have become MCD’s loyal consumer base.

MCD focused on the application and protection of intellectual property rights during its whole development period. Now it has a number of invention patents, utility model patents, appearance patents and many domestic and international trademark registration authorization. MCD was awarded an honorary title of the 14th Shenzhen Enterprise Innovation Record
According to the “Shenzhen Enterprise Innovation Record Declaration, Validation and Release Measurement”, based on the preliminary review and examination of relevant industry associations, as well as the on-site notarization by a notary public, the Shenzhen Enterprise Innovation Record Approval Committee approved a total of 147 items as “Shenzhen Enterprise Innovation Records” on 10th November 2015, MC Devices Co., Ltd as a national standard for wireless technology of baby monitor equipment, the total sales of baby monitors in year 2014 was ranked top 1 in the market share, and won the honorary title of innovation record in the business management category.
