We may obtain your personal data through different channels as follows:

 

a. Direct access to your personal data

When you use our APP, you will be asked to provide basic information such as the purpose for which you use it. In order to provide the relevant products and services, we may need to collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, such as storing images captured by the camera. In addition, in order to achieve video surveillance and send alert messages and video clips, we may also need to analyze the relevant data to identify the movements or other activities in the video. In subsequent user support services, we may also collect information related to your communication with us.

 

b. Personal data obtained through our APP or service

The automatic data collection tools we use include cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies that come with our products and services, including IP location, device identification, and other information about your device, system, APP software, external devices, etc. We will collect information about our products and services, such as network speed, voltage information, storage information, error rate, etc.

c. Personal data of third parties

This section of personal data is obtained specifically for camera users, as well as personal data of third-party photos or videos captured through the camera.

 

The details of the data that our APP or service may collect are elaborated as follows:

 

TimeFlys Monitor APP

- IP location: Used for mobile devices to receive message notifications

- Device password: Used for basic connection to the webcam

- Device firmware version: Used to confirm device information and whether OTA updates are supported

- Cloud storage purchase record: For issuing bills and providing invoices

- Mobile phone number and email account: For account login function

- Verification code: Used to verify the legitimacy of the account

- Video record and cover image: Used to display images to device lists and albums for users to view

- Obtain storage permissions: For applications to start normally and for image/video storage

- Get photo permission: For saving pictures/videos

- Get microphone permission: To activate the mobile device's microphone for intercom functionality

- Get camera permission: Used to activate QR codescanning-related functions

- Get notification permission: For mobile devices to receive message notifications

- Wireless data network information: A network used to add and configure webcams

- Device information: For advertising campaigns including AD display, monitoring, attribution, and performance analysis and optimization. The collected information includes Android device identifiers (such as ANDROID ID, IMEI, IMSI, ICCID, GAID (GMS service only), MEID, device serial number build_serial, etc.); iOS device identifiers (such as IDFA, etc.)

 

d. Collection and Utilization of shear board information

We may read the content in the device's clipboard (including but not limited to HTML format text) as the user uses the application to enhance the user experience, such as auto-fill, content paste preview, rich text parsing, etc.

 

We promise:

- The clipboard content will only be read if the user actively performs a paste operation or interacts with a feature related to the paste;

- Read information will not be uploaded to the server or used for other purposes, only for local processing;

- We do not continuously monitor clipboard content in the background and do not access clipboard without the user's knowledge;

- All processing of clipboard information complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws and regulations.

How your profile may be used

In order to provide you with the service you have requested, we may need to use your personal data to facilitate the transmission of service specifications, customer service newsletters, etc.

 

We will only use your or a third party's personal data for our legitimate interests in the following circumstances where appropriate protection measures for your privacy are in place:

- To use personal data in a de-identified manner for service use research

In order to provide you with the relevant service, we will continue to keep your personal data on the servers of the TimeFlys Monitor App until you terminate the terms of service. In addition, in order to provide the service and resolve issues related to the service, we also keep information about your interactions with our service to the legal extent.

 

As protected by applicable law, you have the right to request access to, obtain or limit processing, seek correction or deletion of the personal data saved by the TimeFlys Monitor App, and can do so through your account Settings or by deleting your account. However, if you decide to make such Settings or delete your account, it may affect your use of our APP and services. If you have any concerns or questions about your profile, please contact us. Data Transfer

MCD is a multinational company and we operate in multiple countries/regions. Regulations and standards for the collection, storage or processing of your personal data may vary by country/region, for example: in the EU/China/US, personal data is required to be collected, processed and stored in the same country/region. In some cases, the TimeFlys Monitor App may access data from servers located in the EU/China/US, including your personal data, to provide technical support services.

 

How do we protect your personal data

We will continue to maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your personal data in our processing from accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized alteration, disclosure, access, misuse, and any other unlawful form of processing of personal data. Regarding Account Cancellation

You can cancel a previously registered account at any time by doing the following:

In the TimeFlys Monitor App, click [My] - [Edit Profile] - [Cancel Account] - [Next] - [Send Verification Code] and enter the verification code - [Confirm Cancellation] to complete the account cancellation process.

 

Account cancellation may have the following effects on you:

- Once your TimeFlys Monitor App account is cancelled, you will no longer be able to log in, use, or continue to use related products and services of TimeFlys Monitor App with this account;

- Once your TimeFlys Monitor App account is cancelled, all content, information, data, and records under TimeFlys Monitor App products and services that you logged in with and used through that account will be deleted or anonymized, and you will no longer be able to retrieve, access, obtain, continue to use, or retrieve them. You have no right to request us to retrieve it (except as otherwise required by law or regulatory authorities), including:

 

· 1. Personal information under the account (e.g. Profile picture, nickname, etc.) and binding information (e.g. Bound mobile phone number, email, etc.);

· 2. All other content, information, data and records.

- By applying for account cancellation, you agree to waiver all rights that have been generated but not exhausted during the use of the products and services of the TimeFlys Monitor App, without any refund, compensation or indemnity; Automatic subscription services will also be cancelled. That is, once the TimeFlys Monitor App account is cancelled, we will clear all rights under that account, including:

Ø 1. Contents of cloud storage solutions that you have purchased but have not yet expired in the products and/or services of the TimeFlys Monitor App;

Ø 2. Other benefits that have been generated but not fully consumed.

- Once a TimeFlys Monitor App account is logged out, it cannot be restored, even if you apply to register a TimeFlys Monitor App account again with the same account after logging out, at which point the account becomes a new user account. Therefore, we kindly remind you to make your own backups of what you think you need to back up before applying for cancellation;

- Once the TimeFlys Monitor App account is cancelled, all relevant user agreements, other rights and obligations documents signed between you and us will also be terminated accordingly (except for those that have been agreed to remain in effect between us or otherwise stipulated by law);

- Other consequences resulting from the cancellation of your TimeFlys Monitor App account.

 

To safeguard your account security and property rights, before you cancel your account, please check and ensure that the TimeFlys Monitor App account you are applying to cancel has the following conditions, including:

- The account is confirmed to be registered and used by yourself;

- No devices are bound under this account, or all devices have been deleted;

- There are no unused value-added services under this account (e.g., the TimeFlys Monitor App cloud storage solution), or you have confirmed that you voluntarily waived the relevant benefits;

- If the account has enabled the "auto-renewal" function, please cancel it;

- Other contents that need to be met to ensure the security of your account and your property rights.

 

Minor Users

We only allow individuals aged 18 and above to become owners of TimeFlys Monitor App accounts. Our APP products and services are designed for adults, so we deliberately prohibit children under the age of 18 from opening accounts. If you are a parent or legal representative and believe that your child has disclosed personal information to us, please contact us. We will take such notifications seriously and resolve the issue properly.

Dispute Resolution
The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement policy shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute or controversy arising between you and us in connection with the policies of this agreement, it shall first be settled through friendly consultation; If consultation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court in the jurisdiction where the Company is located.

Please be informed that the failure of TimeFlys Monitor App to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Service Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is for any reason wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.

All rights to modify, update and final interpretation of the provisions of this Policy belong to MC Devices Co., Ltd.
